The breath serves as an anchor for bridging the unconscious and conscious awareness. As you regularly connect to the breath, you'll find loving presence within yourself in the midst of chaos and discomfort. There are various verbal expressions of the same energetic concept... Prana, Chi, Ka... regarding life force energy. I'd like to believe that these similarities aren't just mere coincidences and that we should learn how to not disregard them as such. Learning how to develop awareness of life force energy is a process; it requires willingness to recognize the shadow along with the light, the inevitable suffering and your inner peace.
