Powerful shift, can you feel it? Transitioning from old to new, it's a shift towards unknown territory. It can be somewhat the opposite of fearless, so it's pushing your comfort zones to expand. You're expanding into unknown territory, my friend. That's a fantastic thing!
Now, let's talk about goals. Long story short, there are process goals and outcome goals. Process goals are goals based on your own performance. Outcome goals are based on the performance of others or another. Lets take a goal... "to get good grades." An outcome goal would be, "I'm going to get all A's." Compared to a process goal, "I'm going to study for 3 hours every other day." Notice the difference?
Grading is based off the performance of your professor or teacher. Studying is based on your own habits and behaviors. As you're making goals (short-term, long-term) that you can edit/revise when necessary, go for process goals!
